Permits
General procedures:
You will need to obtain the appropriate form, see below, and bring it in to the code office, along with any supporting documentation, for approval. Any fee that is required should be paid at the Records & Receipts window after receiving approval from the code office.

The following permits can be obtained from the Engineering department:
- Crossing Agreement - non-franchised - $100.00
- Excavation - requires Right-of-Way Permit - $0.01/cubic yard - $5.00 minimum charge.
- Street Right-Of-Way Permit Application - to be used for any work in the Right-Of-Way, to include driveway approaches and sidewalks - $35.00
- Closings Public Way or Easement - street/alley closing application - $50.00
