BILL PAY: How can I pay my utility bill?
Payments are accepted through mail, on the phone, and online. A drop box is located outside of the Administration building. Any payments put into the box should be in a sealed envelope with the payment stub. Please use a check or money order when using that option. Deferred payment arrangements can be made by calling (580) 234-0400.

BUSINESS: Is roofing/construction an essential business?
Yes, all primary outdoor construction is considered essential.

CHURCH: Can I take something to my church?
Bringing a tithe to your church is allowed, but lingering and gathering is not allowed. Tasks should be limited unless they are required to care for elder members, or if they are related to streaming a service.

CURFEW: Is there an order restricting travel or curfew?
Not at this time! (March 31, 2020)

HEALTH: What about other health options other than physicians?
Behavioral health, therapeutic technicians, and other physical and occupational therapists are all considered essential.

LAUNDROMATS: What about laundromats and dry cleaning?
All laundry services are considered essential.

MOVIES: Can I take movies over to a friend?
Social gatherings outside of your household are discouraged, however dropping an item onto a friend or neighbor’s porch is not prohibited.

PAPERWORK: Do I need a permit, license, letter, or voucher to travel to or perform business activities?
Not at this time, as of March 31, 2020.

PARKS: Will public parks remain open?
Parks, trails, and golf courses will remain open at this time. Social distancing and proper hygiene should be followed. All events, tournaments, and group activities have been cancelled. Individual exercise is encouraged.

PETS: Can I buy supplies and get care for my pets?
Activities related to caring for pet essentials are considered essential, including boarding. A grooming facility would not fall into the essential business category.

RESTAURANT: Are restaurants still able to provide service?
Delivery and carry out options are still available. Dining in at restaurants or outdoor patios is prohibited. It is strongly recommended that orders be taken and paid for online or by phone when possible. If your order can be carried out of the business and delivered at the curb, that option is preferable over going into the restaurant. Avoid waiting in lines near other people, and do not stay in the business space any longer than needed to pick up your carry out order. Wait in your car until your order is ready in order to maintain safe distances from other patrons.

SALONS: Are hair salons an essential business?
Hair salons do not fit the healthcare/public health description and are NOT considered an essential business.

TRAVEL: How many people can be in a car at the same time?
Only people living in your household should be in closed spaces together.

VOLUNTEER: Can I volunteer to help?
There are organizations that may need help during this time. The Salvation Army, Our Daily Bread, and Hope Outreach may be few that could be called.
