Created to develop a written plan for the care, preservation, planting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs on public property, the Board assists in disseminating news and information to the public regarding the selection, planting, establishment and maintenance of trees, and advises the Mayor and Board of Commissioners on desirable legislation concerning the tree program. Board Membership and Qualifications: Five members, consisting of the following:
- A City Manager designee;
- Four at-large residents of the city of Enid.
Terms of Office: Three years.
