The City of Enid offers a variety of payment options:
- To pay your bill online, please register on the New Utility Payment Website: https://www.xpressbillpay.com/
- Automatic draft payments can be setup. (directions on the Auto Payment tab)
- Payments can be mailed in to P.O. Box 1768, Enid, OK 73702-1768.
- A drop box is available at City Hall, as well as payments in person at the City Clerk's window.
- Visa/Mastercard payments can be made over the phone at 580-234-0400.
Reminder: If you have received a collection notice or are making a payment based on an agreement, it is recommended that you make your payment in person or over the phone. Other forms of payment may take a few days to be processed.
