Special Projects Division

The Special Projects Division commanded by Captain Dean Grassino was created to better manage the addition of specialized units and positions within the Department. In today's world, providing quality law enforcement services goes far beyond the realm of traditional police work. The Special Projects Division is home to a number of services and programs designed to support police efforts. Currently the Special Projects Division oversees the Narcotics Enforcement unit, Criminal Interdiction Unit-Police K-9, S.W.A.T. Team, Training Division, Community Policing, Crime Scene Technician, and Evidence Division.
