Every five years, the City of Enid applies for permits to operate its wastewater treatment plant. These permits govern the plant's operations, including the discharge and distribution of treated wastewater. Treated wastewater is released into Skeleton Creek and supplied to Koch Nitrogen. These permits are essential for maintaining the continued, compliant operation of our wastewater treatment facilities.
